Suitable for those wanting to train towards set goals, with full commitment, recurring session times & consistency.

Nutrition

Lifestyle and nutrition assessments to build healthy habits and support your training.

Monthly Nutrition Coaching
Includes an assessment of your current lifestyle, a review of your eating habits including likes, dislikes, and preferences, guidance on calorie intake, and monthly check-ins.

Track your progress with weekly weigh-ins, progress pictures, and measurement check-ins.


Prices start at £200 p/m


Online Coaching

Bespoke plans designed to help you get the most out of your workouts and hit your goals.

Monthly Online Coaching
Personalised training programs are available via my coaching app, with step-by-step guidance on exercises, video demos, and monthly check-ins.

Each plan is tailored to your goals, lifestyle, accessibility to fitness equipment, medical conditions or injuries, and specific exercise needs.
